Macildowie are seeking a skilled Administrator to provide essential administrative support within a manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and managing office functions, assisting with correspondence, and supporting various departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Managing and maintaining office filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assisting with document preparation and data entry tasks.
  • Supporting the team with various administrative duties as needed.
  • Handling office supplies ordering and inventory tracking.

MUST HAVES:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

DESIRABLES:

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and databases.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
