Our client is an exciting business with great success delivering logistical, service and sales support to the cyclingindustry. As industry specialists and passionate cyclists themselves the business owners are looking to further support their growth by recruiting a motivated individual to immerse themselves in all areas of the business and support furtheroperational and commercial success. Whilst supporting the management team the ideal candidate can develop their skills both technically and commercially giving further opportunity as the business grows.

The role will involve supporting the business in these key areas:

Managing incoming orders over the phone and by e mail

Print and ensure all associated documentation matches the orders

Co-ordinate and manage couriers and logistical delivery

Help load and unload deliveries whilst logging locations and ensuring a up to date inventory

Packing / unpacking equipment

Communicate with both suppliers and clients managing expectations and keeping updated of progress

Keep all IT systems up to date to ensure visibility for all parties of progress

Support maintenance activities, ordering equipment as required and managing service schedules

Support sales and marketing activities and when required attend trade events
