SF Recruitment are looking for an immediately available Procurement Assistant who will work closely with the Head of Procurement and the wider team to ensure smooth operations across purchasing, supplier onboarding, and procurement systems.Ensuring processes are followed, data is accurate, and deadlines are met.

 

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary £27,000-£30,000 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Oracle Procurement System and ensure timely and accurate processing of Purchase Orders and Requisitions.
  • Coordinate and verify new supplier setups, ensuring compliance with processes.
  • For all procurement data, ensuring details are complete and consistent.
  •  Support contract setup, updates, and documentation in collaboration with legal and logistics teams.
  • Assist in organising procurement events.
  •  Prepare monthly KPI reports and maintain trackers to provide visibility on team performance and prourement pipelines.
  •  Provide administrative assistance, including meeting minutes and database maintenance.

Previous Experience/Skills Required:

  • Strong background in administration, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or procurement systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A meticulous approach to data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Flexible and supportive, capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.
