  • EA to Leadership Team
  • Offer comprehensive Executive support to the Leadership Team.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules and appointments.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office including correspondence, records management and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and itineraries for the Leadership Team.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and projects as required.
  • Act as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful EA to Leadership Team:

  • Exemplary organisational and time-management skills.
