I am looking for an Asset Coordinator in the Midlands to join a retirement living provider. This is an interim, 6 month contract, and a hybrid role with only 1 day per week in the office. The Asset Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the stock database and ensuring that all new planned works programmes are set up efficiently and on time.

Asset Coordinator duties:
  • Support the estates team by overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the capital, stock condition and cyclical maintenance programmes.
  • Track and update all project data, liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all relevant information in maintained in the designated systems.
  • Manage the scheduling and delivery of stock condition surveys, ensuring they are completed within the agreed time frame, then reviewing the data for any errors or data missing
  • Work with the Head of Estates to agree on proposed programme works

What is required for the role:
  • Proven experience in the asset management, project coordination or estates management sectors
  • Experience in managing and validating stock condition surveys
  • Proficient in using project management and tracking systems
  • proficient in Microsoft office packages
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including asbestos management
