Asset Coordinator duties:
- Support the estates team by overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the capital, stock condition and cyclical maintenance programmes.
- Track and update all project data, liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all relevant information in maintained in the designated systems.
- Manage the scheduling and delivery of stock condition surveys, ensuring they are completed within the agreed time frame, then reviewing the data for any errors or data missing
- Work with the Head of Estates to agree on proposed programme works
What is required for the role:
- Proven experience in the asset management, project coordination or estates management sectors
- Experience in managing and validating stock condition surveys
- Proficient in using project management and tracking systems
- proficient in Microsoft office packages
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including asbestos management
