Macildowie is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to join a well-established and growing company in Derbyshire. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leading teams and implementing strategic improvements. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all Group Operations, overseeing projects, and enhancing efficiencies across multiple business areas.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Salary: Up to £50,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop operational teams to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee acquisitions, new branch onboarding, and property management.
  • Implement operational improvements and manage strategic change projects.
  • Act as the key contact for branch operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and third parties.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and succession planning for department managers.
  • Deliver business intelligence reporting and support company-wide strategy.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong background in operations management.
  • Recognised Project Management qualification.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Data analysis and strategic planning expertise.
