*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage and oversee the cleaning operations across all properties, ensuring all are maintained to a high standard.

- Train and supervise additional housekeeping staff to deliver hotel-standard cleaning.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with our quality standards.

- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules.

- Handle inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

- Be flexible in working additional days as required to meet business needs. Friday, Sunday and Monday every week, additional days as required.

*Requirements:*

- Prior cleaning experience, ideally in a hotel or serviced accommodation setting.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work core days (Friday, Sunday, Monday) and additional days as needed.

- Availability for core hours from 10 am to 3 pm, making it ideal for parents with school-age children.
