About the Role:
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality across all dining outlets, from an elegant restaurant to high-end banqueting. You'll have the freedom to create seasonal menus, work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and lead a skilled brigade to deliver outstanding culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistently high standards.
- Develop innovative, seasonal menus that showcase fresh and local ingredients.
- Manage stock control, GP, and food cost management.
- Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated kitchen team.
- Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
