Our client is a popular food-led pub with rooms set in the Ashbourne area. They are looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to come on board and lead this successful kitchen team of 4. This busy foodie pub prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local produce.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a solid fresh food pub background
2 Days off a week together
Straight Shifts
Menus consist of traditional wholesome pub grub all produced 100% in house including all pies and desserts. They also utilise a specials board where there is room to push the standard.
