Your Role as Sous Chef:

In this position, you will be more than just a Chef – you'll be a key part of the management and development of the kitchen brigade. Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting Fresh, High-Quality Dishes: You'll be cooking from scratch, maintaining the high standards expected in a Rosette standard kitchen.
  • Menu Development: Contribute to the design and planning of menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and creative flair.
  • Team Leadership: Play a pivotal role in mentoring and managing the kitchen team, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining impeccable kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Quality Control: Uphold food safety regulations and ensure consistent quality in every dish that leaves the kitchen.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion and Creativity: A genuine love for food and cooking is a must, as well as the desire to push culinary boundaries.
  • Rosette-Level Experience: You must have experience working in high-end gastropubs or restaurants, with a deep understanding of cooking to Rosette standards.
