They not only own and lease new rolling stock vehicles but also offer asset management which is focussed on driving performance, safety and suitability for the asset's life span.Our client has over 100 Engineers and Fleet Support staff working directly on their passenger fleets, alongsidekey Relationship Managers, who hold a deep understanding of their customers' requirements with their existingfleets and investment opportunities into new rolling stock.Responsibilities:* Support Senior Relationship Managers with developing and managing key account plans (operator level)and operating group account plans where appropriate)* Lead customer lease review meetings* Attend customer meetings with regards to new build opportunities where appropriate and assist withdeveloping 'capture plans' for upcoming new build opportunities (Northern, TPE, ScotRail, LSER etc)* Represent the Investment Team for internal matters pertaining to procurement of HM, modification worksand special projects for the client base* Provide support and customer intelligence/information to the Pricing team to develop customer offers* Provide support to the Commercial Strategy team to develop initiatives and opportunities relating to the PBfleet portfolio (DMU strategy until life-end, decarbonisation, Digital etc)General requirements:* A working knowledge and understanding of the rail industry preferable* Relationship planning and maintaining customer interfaces (incl key account plans)* Developing and updating new business opportunities (capture plans)* Developing and updating slide-decks appropriate for presentation internally and externallyContact information:Email: Due to the volume of applications, we can only commit to contact those candidates we deem suitable for the position.
