Regulatory and Client Relationship Manager, Home working but within driving distance of either Derby or Dublin, Ireland. £55-65k + benefits  Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and helping businesses navigate complex regulatory landscapes?  Do you thrive in a role where you can make a real difference in the success of your clients and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company?  We are seeking a Senior Regulatory and Client Relationship Manager with REACH experience to join a friendly team and work closely with global clients in the chemical and related industries offering a unique blend of client interaction and technical expertise, allowing you to build your career while making a tangible impact.  What this role offers you as the Regulatory and Client Relationship Manager  Become a Trusted Advisor: You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships based on trust and expertise. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through regulatory complexities and ensuring their needs are met  Drive Client Success: You will play a critical role in supporting client's regulatory compliance, assisting them with necessary paperwork, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Your expertise will help them achieve their business objectives while adhering to industry standards.  Expand Your Network: You will have the opportunity to represent the company at external conferences, trade shows, and marketing events, both domestically and internationally. This will allow you to connect with industry professionals, expand your network, and contribute to the company's business development efforts.  Enjoy a Collaborative Environment: You will lead a team of regulatory experts, sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and collaborating to deliver exceptional client service  You will be assisting with registration dossier authoring and related works, Chemical Safety Assessments and Chemical safety reports and assignment classification for relevant projectsAs the Regulatory and Client Relationship Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
  • A minimum of a degree in a scientific subject is essential, with a preference for chemistry
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including demonstrable experience working with REACH regulations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a genuine desire to assist and support
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with clients at all levels and build strong rapport
  • Prior experience in a compliance-related role within a relatable industry
  • Experience with SAP systems would be beneficial for managing data and generating reports efficiently
  • Experience working in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management systems would demonstrate your commitment to quality and process improvement
  • A Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor certification would highlight your expertise in handling dangerous goods and commitment to safety
