SENIOR SALES MANAGER POSITION

Link ICT Services Ltd was founded in 2004 with the mission being to break the industry mould for how the provision of outsourced IT support services were provided. Many years on, and with support from a team of customer focused technicians who have many years of industry experience, we pride ourselves on providing bespoke IT and telecoms solutions that inspire trust and build user confidence.

Based in the heart of Derby, East Midlands, UK, we service a wide range of organisations including schools and businesses who trust us to deliver their IT support function. Our unique onsite support combines the benefits of outsourcing with the benefits of their own IT team. Our aim is to ensure organisations truly benefit from investment in their IT infrastructure by ensuring systems work efficiently and users are trained to use them effectively.

Our services can be delivered on a standalone basis or delivered as an extension to their in-house team. However organisations choose to engage with us, our talented technicians will merge seamlessly to become part of their team and we promise to deliver our service in a way that is tailored to suit customer needs.

We pride ourselves in our open and honest support model and customer relationships. We never look to put systems and services in place that aren't right for the customer and believe that we provide a high level of service while maintaining good value. We can be flexible with our support model to suit different organisations and structures.

Working in the education sector, we have put a huge emphasis on Cyber Security and always put this at the forefront for all our customers.

Our helpful 'can do attitude and approach' is embedded in every member of the team and underpinned by a simple ethos which is to ensure our customers benefit from having access to expert technicians who can problem solve and help teams understand and use IT to its full capacity.
