Due to business growth, they are looking to recruit in their words 'a personality’ who wants the opportunity to learn whilst they earn.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven individual to kick-start their career in sales. The Trainee Sales Executive will focus on generating new business through cold calling prospective clients, building relationships, and driving growth for the company. You will be supported by an experienced team and provided with the tools and training necessary to succeed in this role.The role:

  • Conducting outbound cold calls to a targeted list of potential clients.
  • Identifying and engaging with decision-makers to introduce our products/services.
  • Developing rapport and trust with prospects, and effectively handling objections.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Participating in regular training and sales coaching sessions to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Building a pipeline of prospects ensuring you conduct all follow up calls. 

The candidate:

  • Must want to pursue a career within sales.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade others over the phone.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, though not required.
  • A positive, bubbly personality and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Can work from their office in Castle Donington 
  • Excellent phone manner
