Your new companyYou will be joining a high-profile and established Tier 1 contractor with a proven track record in delivering complex and high-value projects within the water industry. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work with a major water provider in the Midlands region and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the water industry and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team.Your new roleAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a portfolio of projects within the water sector. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery from initial design through to construction and handover, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a permanent position based out of their Derby office, with hybrid working and flexibility to manage projects closest to home.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you must have:

  • Proven successful track record in managing projects from inception through to completion within the water (clean or waste) industry, with a focus on cost control, quality and safety
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills
  • Experience in working with NEC contracts
  • Sound communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with key project stakeholders at all levels.
