Job Description: Project ManagerLocation: Office-based in Derby with nationwide site visitsSalary: Up to £55,000-£60,000 + Car AllowanceRole Type: Full-TimeSector: Fast Track Fit-Out (Refrigeration, Fit-Out, New Stores)Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee fast track fit-out projects, including refrigeration, new store setups, and refurbishments.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Sainsbury's and Argos projects.Must hold a CSCS Black Card.First Aid certification and Asbestos Awareness training are mandatory.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Willingness to travel nationwide as required.Benefits:Competitive salary up to £60,000.Car allowance.Opportunity to work on high-profile projects.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Career development and progression opportunities.If you would like to apply for the role, please attach your CVTime Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
