Maintenance Contract Manager
Salary - £55,000 - £60,-000 + Car Allowance + bonus
This is a position created due to a current contract that the client had expanding to being a National contract.
There are 2 positions, 1 based on a site in Derby and the other in Nottingham
Our client, a multinational FM company and one of the largest in the world are looking for a new Contract Manager to join a long standing contract that has been expanded
The ideal candidate will come from a technical background and come from a commercial environment. They will also need to be able to pass an airside clearance pass!
Team size will vary between both sites but is around 3 direct engineer reports and 16 in direct reports (Cleaners and Security)
