Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Supply Partners: Oversee and manage third-party service providers for cleaning, security, and postal services to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of engineers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Facilities Management: Utilize your strong understanding of Facilities Management (FM) to ensure statutory compliance and high-quality service delivery.
  • Project and Asset Management: Oversee project works, including asset replacements aimed at maximizing return on investment. Focus on strategies that integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations for sustainable outcomes.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure all operations and services comply with relevant statutory regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong background in Facilities Management (FM) and Statutory Compliance.
  • Experience in managing supply partners across various services (cleaning, security, postal).
  • Knowledge of project works and asset management, including the ability to drive asset replacement strategies with a focus on ROI and ESG positive impacts.
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing and guiding a team.
