  • Must have experience of working at Supervisory level or above within a Hospitality setting (FOH and BOH), across Food & Beverage and Food Production.
  • Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality.
  • Experience of delivering on-the-job training would be highly desirable.     
  • Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
  • Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality, across Back of House and Front of House specialisms.
  • Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
  • Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Personal Skills:
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
