I am recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator for a Derby based Client on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be communicating with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the site operation.
Duties will include-
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Making sure to arrive and leave in a punctual manner and that correct break times are adhered to
Answer the phone to deal with enquiries or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Booking Loads in over the phone and Via email
Maintain and updating pallet records

Calm and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Useful Experience:
Very good knowledge of MS office
Proven experience in a similar role
Working to tight deadlines
Able to prioritize ever demanding changes
Candidates MUST have strong experience with Microsoft packages including Excel.
SAFETY BOOTS AND HIGH VIS ARE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE
Hours are Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm.
