I am working with one of the UK's leading independent building services companies in the search for a Document Controller. As a business they specialises in several sectors including commercial, education, data centres and healthcare but for this role you will be working specify on their Data Centre projects. You will be working alongside the Senior Document Controller so as Data Centre experience is preferred it is not essential as they will be able to support.
You will be working on ViewPoint as their EDMS platform which proficiency is a must.
Location wise they are looking at someone who would like to be onsite across various locations due to the nature of Data Centre projects. However, they are open to someone who would work remotely from the office in Central London.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing documents, handling project documentation, maintaining records and ensuring effective communication. Daily tasks will include organising and managing documents, updating project documentation, maintaining records in a systematic manner and facilitating clear communication within the team and with clients.
