Job Role:

As an ECT on supply, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of Secondary School settings throughout your local geographical area. You'll deliver engaging lessons, support pupils learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

Skills Required:

  • Qualified teacher status or equivalent
  • Passion for education and supporting student's development
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in different school environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective lessons that meet curriculum objectives
  • Assess and monitor student's progress, providing feedback and support as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures
