Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team starting in September 2024. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic educator with a deep understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to creating a positive learning experience for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of Reception-aged children.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a creative and comprehensive curriculum.
  • Foster a love for learning and encourage curiosity and exploration in young learners.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with early years or Reception-aged children.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young children.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
