Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team starting in September 2024. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic educator with a deep understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to creating a positive learning experience for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of Reception-aged children.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a creative and comprehensive curriculum.
- Foster a love for learning and encourage curiosity and exploration in young learners.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with early years or Reception-aged children.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young children.
