Your new roleAs a Junior to Intermediate Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical projects. You will review and analyse project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to ensure competitive and profitable bids. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to understand project scope and requirements, and prepare detailed estimates using specialised software. Additionally, you will identify potential financial or operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in the Building Services industry, particularly in roles such as Mechanical Design Engineering.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
