This industry-leading company specializes in supplying and servicing CNC machinery. Renowned for exceptional service, they are looking for a proactive individual to help maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to the company's overall efficiency.

The key responsibilities of this role include providing day-to-day support to service and spares departments, customer support, by phone and email, managing delivery and collection, generating documentation and travel to customer sites to service machinery.
A successful candidate will be provided with comprehensive training.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in CNC machinery, Fanuc controls, customer service and administration and be comfortable with sporadic UK wide travel.

The Role:

  • Providing day to day support and collaboration to service and spares departments.
  • Customer support.
  • Travel to customer sites and servicing machinery.
  • 60% office 40% hands on.
  • 8:30am - 5pm.

The Individual:

  • Experienced servcing/ maintaining/opperating CNC Lathes
  • Experienced using Fanuc controls
  • Competent admin skills
  • Lives in a commutable distance to Derby
  • Customer facing experience
  • CNC Servicng Expereince needed.
