Executive Assistant | £25,000 - £27,000 | Derby City Centre Based Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 17:00 | Option Of Hybrid You must have industry experience for this role.Cherry Professional are recruiting for an Executive Assistant based in the Heart of Nottingham.This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of best listed Law firms by the Times.What we are looking for:- Good experience of document management/case management systems and a willingness to learn new systems when applicable- To be an outstanding communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external clients in a professional manner; striving to provide exceptional service at all times- Good organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively within a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure- To have superb attention to detail- Conscientious, taking personal responsibility for own work and accountability for its delivery and quality- Positive can-do attitude with the ability to learn new systems and processes and adapt to change- Proactive, professional and flexible approach to work- Previous EA experience is essentialKey responsibilities:- Adding data to business development databases as required- Responsible for ensuring current knowledge of client specific protocols and processes, and adhering to those- Responsible for managing priorities and workloads to ensure deadlines are met- File management: updating and maintaining all files, ensuring post and documents are named and filed correctly in our case management system- File opening and closing: liaising with lawyers for required information; processing within the case management and finance systems for file opening and closing; generation of client care     documentation and recording of other compliance information on file opening- Document production: audio typing and general document production- Data accuracy: Checking client and internal data for accuracy- Time recording if required for self or as a lawyer’s delegate- Assisting with the processing of bills and expense claims as required- Liaising with lawyers and other colleagues to take instructions and update on work progress- Ensuring compliance with firm wide/department policies and procedureWhat they can offer you:- Flexible working- An opportunity to work for a company that is Ranked and recognised in The Legal 500 and Chambers & PartnersCherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
