Purpose of the Compliance Analyst Role:
Our client is looking for a Compliance and Pricing Analyst to ensure that their business and products meet all relevant regulations while also supporting pricing analysis and product margin evaluations. This role requires a proactive individual who can take ownership of compliance, challenge areas for improvement, and provide accurate regulatory and pricing insights to the business.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Compliance Analyst Role:

  • Lead and manage legislation and compliance.
  • Keep up to date with the ever-changing landscape of legislation.
  • Work closely with factories to ensure full compliance.
  • Ensure the client complies with product and business regulations, including:
  • Lead product compliance for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define compliance requirements.
  • Support product development and ensure alignment with specific market regulations


Experience/knowledge requirements for Compliance Analyst Role:

  • Excellent eye for detail and methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident in handling customer queries and providing regulatory guidance.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, or ERP systems (preferred but not essential).
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to develop and grow with the business.
