We're supporting a leading organisation in Loughborough in their search for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join their collaborative and high-performing finance team.

The Role:

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering financial insights, supporting forecasting processes, and contributing to strategic projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while enhancing your skills in a large, complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insightful analysis to stakeholders.
  • Support the financial forecasting process and contribute to key finance-led initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Assist with transactional tasks such as budget tracking and journal processing.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and forecasting processes.
About You:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA, or CIPFA).
  • Experience in management accounting or business partnering within a large organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to engage both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
