Isaac James Associates is delighted to be working with a superb firm of Accountants to identify an Audit Manager to join their Derby office.

The role

The firm has identified a need for an experienced Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, predominately Audit, operating form the Derby office. This is a general client portfolio, with several different sectors represented and you will be managing a team of staff, both qualified and partly qualified reporting directly to the Partners

The responsibilities

  • Managing an portfolio of clients with an Audit / Non Audit split of approx. 80/20.
  • Managing a team of staff, ensuring effective portfolio planning to deliver Audits on time and within budgets.
  • Communicating audit issues to the client and audit partner as identified
  • Dealing with technical enquiries from clients and other firm members
  • Working with the Partners on business development activities
  • Assisting clients with one-off assignments

The candidate

You will be a fully qualified and experienced Manager, with proven experience working with a range of clients from Owner Managed Concerns up to Large Corporate Clients.
