Commercial Finance Manager

This organisation is on an exciting journey of growth and development! With offices in Derbyshire, they are recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager. They will consider full and part-time individuals (4 days per week). Hybrid is also offered.

This is initially a three month role tat could lead to a permanent position for those seeking permanent work.

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead financial reporting and drive business performance strategies. You will build strong partnerships with senior Directors and leaders across the business using financial insights to drive operational, commercial, and financial success. You can manage the annual budget process and prepare reforests, take ownership of the P&L and prepare management accounts with variance analysis and identify opportunities for margin and EBITDA improvements.

You will identify process improvements and support on projects and support leaders with financial advice, cost modeling, and business development.

It is essential that you background as a Finance Manager includes working within Healthcare. You will have a strong commercial background able to give careful consideration to pricing, costs and customer relationships.
