Gleeson Recruitment are working with a business based in Derby that are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and advice, helping guide key business decisions.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Analyse financial performance, spot trends, and offer recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of results and aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with various business teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive financial performance.
- Provide financial expertise for project evaluations, business initiatives, and investment decisions.
Key Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification, or significant experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in finance business partnering, with a strong ability to advise and influence senior management.
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with great attention to detail.
