FP&A Manager | £75,000 | Derby (Remote working available)

About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a forward-thinking and dynamic team. In this role, you will lead financial planning and analysis activities, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. This is a critical role where you will drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis processes to ensure the organisation achieves its financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning.
  • Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and key trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements in FP&A practices, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support leadership with financial models and data-driven insights for strategic planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience with a recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within a complex organisation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial data concisely.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at building relationships across all levels.
