The Group Reporting Manager will be responsible for leading the consolidation and reporting of financial data across all business units. This role involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making at the group level.

Description

    • Financial Reporting:

      • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
      • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal reporting standards.
      • Oversee the accuracy of financial reporting and assist in the preparation of board reports.
    • Analysis and Insights:

      • Analyse financial performance and variances to provide actionable insights to senior management.
      • Develop financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning.
    • Team Leadership:

      • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
      • Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
    • Process Improvement:

      • Identify and implement process improvements in reporting and consolidation to enhance efficiency.
      • Ensure robust controls are in place to safeguard the integrity of financial data.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support financial audits.
      • Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Profile

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA) with strong technical skills, experience in a complex Group environment and the ability to add value quickly.

You will be available at short notice for an initial 3-6 month period
