About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a dynamic and innovative team. This role involves leading the consolidation of monthly financial results and forecasting processes, ensuring robust financial delivery. You will act as a vital link between programme finance partners and financial controller teams, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate monthly financial results and lead forecasting processes, driving outcomes and summarising insights.
- Provide recommendations to leadership to improve financial performance.
- Embed and maintain strong stewardship and control within the finance function.
- Act as a deputy for senior leadership in operational, commercial, and financial decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree or equivalent professional experience with a professional accountancy qualification.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Strong financial acumen and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to simplify complex issues and present them concisely.
- Energy, drive, and a proactive approach to process improvements.
