Senior Finance Manager | £75,000 | Derby (Hybrid)

About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a dynamic and innovative team. This role involves leading the consolidation of monthly financial results and forecasting processes, ensuring robust financial delivery. You will act as a vital link between programme finance partners and financial controller teams, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate monthly financial results and lead forecasting processes, driving outcomes and summarising insights.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership to improve financial performance.
  • Embed and maintain strong stewardship and control within the finance function.
  • Act as a deputy for senior leadership in operational, commercial, and financial decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience with a professional accountancy qualification.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and present them concisely.
