Senior FP&A Manager | Derby (Hybrid) | £80,000 - £90,000

We are looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to join a thriving Derby based business. This is a critical role, responsible for managing the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast across a very complex set of business units..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of the annual budget and ensure it is approved.
  • Maintain a rolling forecast, ensuring alignment with annual targets and quarterly updates.
  • Oversee the process to deliver an approved mid-term forecast (five-year plan).
  • Partner with the Business Development team to manage the business model, ensuring financial diligence and alignment with the five-year plan.
  • Maintain a rolling cash forecast to ensure business liquidity and monitor performance against targets.
  • Provide financial performance reports and partner with business leaders, shareholders, and department heads.
  • Lead business headcount reporting and provide business partnering.
  • Set cost rates for customer contracts and internal allocations, including overhead recoveries.
  • Manage and report on cost rate variances, partnering with the business to address under/over recoveries.
