We're seeking a strategic Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and guide key business decisions. In this role, you'll drive the financial forecasting process, provide valuable insights, and collaborate with senior leadership to influence both short and long-term (5 years) business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Enhance financial performance through rolling forecasts and quarterly updates.
  • Shape the company's future by managing the five-year business plan with a focus on financial diligence.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to ensure strong financial oversight and strategy.
  • Manage cash forecasting, liquidity, and performance targets.
  • Deliver clear and insightful financial reporting to senior leaders, shareholders, and departmental heads.
  • Manage a team of 2.
  • Set and manage cost rates for contracts, and monitor and address variances.

Key role criteria:

  • Significant experience in leading budgeting and forecasting processes within dynamic environments, adept at challenging and influencing senior leadership while navigating uncertainty and managing system implementations effectively.
  • Brings substantial experience in financial performance reporting, offering insightful analysis and commentary for board members and shareholders while proactively driving actions to enhance business performance.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of cost rate setting and overhead recovery methods, with a proven track record in analysing overhead variances and recommending effective corrective actions.
  • Experienced in business modelling and investment decision-making, with expertise in DCFs, IRRs, and NPVs, and the ability to challenge plans to ensure realistic and achievable outcomes.
