Treasury Manager | £45,000 - £50,000 | Derby | Global Manufacturing Group

Are you ready to build something from the ground up? In this newly created Treasury Manager role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the treasury function for a large manufacturing group. If you have an interest in cash management, financial forecasting and improving processes, this is your chance to take ownership and make a real impact to a growing business!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the Group's treasury department, handling cash flow, payments, and hedging with global banking partners.
  • Reconcile bank statements across international sites, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitor the Group's financial position weekly and assist in budget forecasting.
  • Oversee company bank accounts and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Manage loans, debt agreements, and relationships with banking institutions.
  • Ensure tax regulations are met and conduct hedging operations as needed.
  • Provide interest and debt analysis, delivering detailed financial reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Accounting, Banking or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in banking, trading, or treasury is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with both management and teams.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail are a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
