We are now looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our vibrant team on a part-time basis.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional EYFS & KS1 Teacher who is committed to inspiring and motivating young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, fostering a love of learning, and supporting the holistic development of our pupils. This role is perfect for an individual who is dedicated, creative, and looking to make a meaningful impact in a part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for EYFS and KS1 pupils.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support the development and well-being of each child.
  • Implement and follow the school's policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of education and behaviour.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant EYFS/KS1 teaching experience.
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Experience in working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
