My client is currently looking for a Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury Paralegal to join its close knit team in Derby.
The Role
You will be assisting a solicitor with their caseload of Clin neg and PI cases. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Taking new enquiries
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- Opening and maintaining files
- Gathering medical records and other evidence
- Drafting witness statements
- Liaising with court staff and other third parties
- Updating clients on their ongoing cases
- Liaising with Costs Draftspeople

You
- You will have had prior experience within Clin Neg/PI
