About the Role:

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Negligence Paralegal or Litigation Executive to join our expanding Medical Negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top local firm that handles a wide range of Clinical Negligence claims. Our cases include:

Birth injuries
Cosmetic surgery claims
Orthopedic injuries
Misdiagnosis and delays in cancer treatment
Cerebral palsy
Amputations
Fatal negligence
Neonatal, obstetric, and gynecological cases

We invite applications from hardworking Paralegals, Fee Earners, or Litigation Executives. While experience in Clinical Negligence is preferred, we are also open to candidates with a background in Personal Injury who are eager to transition into Medical Negligence.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience as a Paralegal, Fee Earner, or Litigation Executive in Clinical Negligence or a willingness to transition from Personal Injury.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage your own caseload.
Client Relations: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Personal Traits: A hardworking, dedicated individual who is passionate about pursuing a career in Clinical Negligence law.
