About the Role:

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Negligence Paralegal or Litigation Executive to join our expanding Medical Negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top local firm that handles a wide range of Clinical Negligence claims. Our cases include:

  • Birth injuries
  • Cosmetic surgery claims
  • Orthopedic injuries
  • Misdiagnosis and delays in cancer treatment
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Amputations
  • Fatal negligence
  • Neonatal, obstetric, and gynecological cases

We invite applications from hardworking Paralegals, Fee Earners, or Litigation Executives. While experience in Clinical Negligence is preferred, we are also open to candidates with a background in Personal Injury who are eager to transition into Medical Negligence.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Paralegal, Fee Earner, or Litigation Executive in Clinical Negligence or a willingness to transition from Personal Injury.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage your own caseload.
