A new opportunity has exclusivelyopened up for an Estimator, you'll produce estimates from BQs, Drawings & Specifications under both traditional and design & build contracts, working with projects ranging from 50k to 15m.

Tender Preparation & Management

Appraise and evaluate client tender requirements and specifications
Abstract and report on contractual tender information
Efficiently manage tender information and conduct site visits
Develop subcontract trade package enquiries
Produce tender stage bills of quantities
Price tender labour, plant and material rates
Analyze supply chain enquiries and produce risk information
Report for tender adjudication and communicate handover of estimates

Client Collaboration & Cost Planning

Engage early with client teams to provide cost advice
Develop early stage project cost plans
Manage client preconstruction phase programme expectations
Deliver value engineering options
Manage and report tender stage cost controls
Work within collaborative client team environments
