A new opportunity has exclusivelyopened up for an Estimator, you'll produce estimates from BQs, Drawings & Specifications under both traditional and design & build contracts, working with projects ranging from 50k to 15m.
Tender Preparation & Management
- Appraise and evaluate client tender requirements and specifications
- Abstract and report on contractual tender information
- Efficiently manage tender information and conduct site visits
- Develop subcontract trade package enquiries
- Produce tender stage bills of quantities
- Price tender labour, plant and material rates
- Analyze supply chain enquiries and produce risk information
- Report for tender adjudication and communicate handover of estimates
Client Collaboration & Cost Planning
- Engage early with client teams to provide cost advice
- Develop early stage project cost plans
- Manage client preconstruction phase programme expectations
- Deliver value engineering options
- Manage and report tender stage cost controls
- Work within collaborative client team environments
