Purpose of role:

The purpose of this role is Finance support to Group FP&A for analytical data review with dashboards/analysis to support top management in any business analysis for action plans/decisions.

Key responsibilities and duties of role:

Provide FP&A finance support to the financial controller teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
Partner directly with the finance/operation teams and central FP&A group to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insights.
Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Serve as a liaison for the investor relations team, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in finance
Experience in Financial Analysis/Variance Analysis
Excellent attention to detail
Experience developing financial reports
Good Excel skills
Ambitious
