- Basic Salary up to £36,000

- Conducting dealership warranty audits to ensure manufacturer compliance.
- Identifying discrepancy and non-compliance issues, working with management to resolve them.
- Supporting dealership staff to improve processes and compliance.
- Assist and support with dealership standards auditing.
- Oversee the storage and disposal of data, job cards, documents and other relevant paperwork.
- Ensure documentation is filed correctly and re-accessible.
- Report to the Group Aftersales Director on findings, compliance and risks.
- Previous experience in warranty auditing, aftersales or a similar compliance-related role within the automotive industry.
- Experience working directly with manufacturers will be a great advantage.
- You will also need excellent communication skills to engage with management and staff in the dealership.
- Proactive and solution-focused, be a great problem solver.
- Organised and able to manage a workload.
