An exciting opportunity, We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to maintain and repair various types of machinery and equipment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Maintenance Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot electrical systems, including logic controllers, to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Conduct mechanical repairs, including welding tasks as required.
Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
Supervise maintenance staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality work standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve operational efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role with strong mechanical knowledge.
Proficiency in electrical systems, including experience with logic controllers.
Ability to read and understand technical schematics.
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on maintaining high standards of work.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or maintenance are advantageous.
