You will join the business as an FP&A Manager, analysing trends of KPIs particularly in relation to financial metrics including sales, expenses and profit margins. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop themselves further and work within an established business.

  • Salary up to £50,000
  • Hybrid working - Potential for 2 days working from home
  • Full time - Monday to Thursday 8am to 5 pm, Friday 8am to 1pm.

About the roleYour duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin
  • GM analysis
  • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
  • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts + 5-Years Business plan
  • Work with business stakeholders to co-ordinate the annual budgets & relevant budget models
  • Ad-hoc business performance reporting
  • Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
  • Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
  • Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
  • Support the management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions
  • Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insights
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Serve as a liaison for the investor relations team, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis

About you:

You willl have sound FP&A knowledge and experience, which is key to the role.

Applications will be considered from qualified, part qualified or QBE accountants with relevent experience.

  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Demonstrated experience of analysing financial reports and metrics
  • Demonstrated experience of solution resolution based on analysis
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture for Group
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
