Currently recruiting for a National firm with a fully remote working offering to their team. The firm has grown their property team massively over the last 2 years due to a continued high demand for their services and they have an equally exciting growth strategy going into 2025.

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner with experience managing a high-volume residential caseload. The role will be working a variety of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity. The role can be taken by someone who is either qualified or have hands-on fee-earning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients on a daily basis, dealing with matters over the phone, email or in person
  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including but not limited to sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity files.
  • Updating and maintaining a case management system
  • Checking mortgage offers and searches
  • Maintaining and checking Due Diligence and Risk Assessments
  • Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice

Pay & Benefits:

  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Monthly Bonus + Annual Bonus
