Our client is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth client engagement and efficient sales operations. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting their needs and maintaining exceptional service standards.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Prior experience of working in a similar role
  • Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive tasks
  • Understanding of the engineering/manufacturing process and working environment
  • Ability to work under own initiative, but mature enough to be able to seek help when necessary
  • Ability to forge strong working relations with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Enthusiasm for Sales and the drive for progression

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • First point of contact for all relevant customers
  • Build and maintain alliances and partnerships with a number of internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, employees, engineers, customers and suppliers
  • Oversee day to day customer requests
  • Identify and manage appropriate new opportunities from existing workstreams and customers
  • Ensure all sales opportunities meet the required levels of margins and risk tolerance
  • Inform the production team of sales volumes and expectations in order to ensure client demand and timings are balanced with internal constraints
  • Registration, management and monitoring tender and sales portals for opportunities relevant to Tecforce and market intelligence.
  • Interaction with customers on a regular basis in respect of answering queries, pro-active contact check in and facilitating Tecforce dialogue where required
  • Handle, investigate and appropriately resolve all customer complaints and queries - liaise with other departments where necessary
  • Assist and support with all marketing initiatives including liaison with marketing support and attendance and support with trade events and conferences.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
