Life on the team

As a SC cleared First Line Analyst at Computacenter you will work predominantly remotely but also occasionally from our Milton Keynes office. You will be supporting one of our largest customers and work 37.5 hours per week between 7am 7pm.

What youll do

  • Call taking
  • Queue management
  • Good time keeping (Scheduled Adherence)
  • Resolutions per day = 20 Tasks
  • To deliver outstanding service by understanding users IT and business needs
  • To provide centralised advice and support to customer in line with contractual arrangements
  • Flexible working approach due to working hours
  • Provide single point of contact for contract users
  • Develop and maintain rapport with end users
  • Able to differentiate between numerous customer applications

What youll need

  • Security Cleared ideally current Security Clearance to be eligible for the role
  • Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
  • Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy, and numeracy skills to support in customers language
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to solutions
  • At least 12 months experience of working on a service desk / call centre
  • Customer Service experience is essential at this level
  • Ability to perform ticket analysis
