Job title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer
Location: Derbyshire
Hours: 35hours a week (Flexible working hours)
Hourly Rate: £17-19hr via umbrella
The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be responsible for:
- Process referrals and sign tenants up for services
- Help with money management e.g. maximise income and managing finances
- Agreeing housing plans with tenants
- Taking tenants to appointments
- Property inspections
- Assess welfare of tenants
The ideal Tenancy Sustainment Officer will have to be :
- From a supported housing background or have worked within social housing previously
- A great communicator and leader, showing compassion and support to vulnerable people
- Experienced in supporting people apply for relevant benefits to maximise income and support tenancy sustainment
- A UK driving license
- We are also interested in seeing CV's from: TSO, Housing support Officer and housing officers.
